The cheese is a Mozzarella style, vegan cheese alternative special ordered from Chicago for their vegan customers. And for those non-vegans watching their cholesterol, it's cholesterol free! </font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3">They also have new specialties available to order for take home and special occasions such as frosted chocolate cake and fruit cake (excellent choice for the holidays, yes it is actually good!), choco-chip cookie dough, artichoke dip, peanut brittle, Christmas cookies and more.
